Spring Brunch

This is my buffet table from a spring brunch this year. This was so much fun to plan and put together. I made the Peep bunting from just cutting out bunny shapes from felt and hot gluing them to a ribbon. The topiaries were easy too, but time consuming. I glued jelly beans (Sweetart brand had the best colors) to Styrofoam balls and put them on white painted dowels in pink pots from Ikea. I anchored them with floral foam and some rocks to keep them from tipping over.  Pink champagne glasses held pre-mixed mimosa or ice water and I love the pink stripe paper straws

It was a pancake buffet so the cake plate was full of fluffy buttermilk pancakes with syrups, fruits, and toppings to add. Starbucks bottles with the labels removed make great “vintage” milk bottles.

Making a beautiful table for guests to help themselves to food is a great way to throw a relaxing brunch party.
